Cala d'Or
- The largest of the coves is Cala Llonga, which has been developed into a large marina.
- A small road-train, the "Cala d'Or Express" runs regularly around the resort from May to September.
- The focal point of the town is a pedestrian zone around the area of Cala Gran, which has a varied selection of shops, bars, and restaurants.
- The beach at Cala Gran is the largest in the town. Nearby is Cala d'Or itself, from which the resort takes its name. This is a pine fringed cove with a beach; sun loungers, parasols and pedalos can be hired. There are also 8 or 9 other small sandy coves in the area.
- The Fiesta of la Mare de Deu Del Mar (Our Lady of the Sea) takes place around 15 tth August each year. The highlight of the event is celebrated with fireworks and a maritime procession around the harbour.
- Cala d'Or also has an International Jazz Festival, held during July of each year and has previously attracted a considerable number of recognised performers.
